Attorney Kenneth “Ken” Korioth is an executive with experience in health care, pharmaceuticals, and overall management. Most recently, he served as vice president and associate general counsel for Paramus, New Jersey-based MannKind Corporation, where he offered guidance to senior executives and staff members and managed the East Coast legal department files as well as foreign subsidiaries in Europe. Kenneth Korioth focused on global clinical research and development laws and regulations and also specialized in the legalities in other areas including supply chain contracting and human subject protection. Notably, he negotiated supply agreements for all components of the company’s inhaled insulin product and negotiated construction and consulting agreements for the development of a commercial manufacturing facility.
Previously Ken Korioth served as clinical outsourcing manager for Otsuka Maryland Research Institute and senior contract analyst for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Other prior employers include United Healthcare and BlueCross/BlueShield of Rhode Island. He is a member in good standing with the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bars and the U.S. Supreme Court. Kenneth Korioth earned his juris doctor from the New England School of Law in Boston.
